The advantages of an AME pump

A. Rigid Shaft Support Traditionally, plastic chemical pumps both have a single sided shaft assist or only use plastic for a double-ended shaft support. The problem with this is that under high temperature or strain, the shaft help weakens resulting in shaft deflection and subsequently vibrations main elevated put on and reduced service life. The AME pump range is constructed whereby the impeller and magnet capsule are fashioned as one piece which eliminates the potential for the impeller loosening. For further operational stability and rigidity, a metallic structure is embedded from the magnet capsule to the impeller blade additional increasing the pump’s operational life.
F. Simple Construction The stationary shaft design allows for a quite simple building which makes maintenance and repairs quite simple.
G. Reinforced Containment Shell The plastic containment shell is bolstered with a carbon fibre composite cover. There is not any eddy current loss, so no additional heating of the pumped chemical.
H. High Strength Magnetic Coupling Inner magnets are constructed from Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) in order to withstand excessive operating temperatures with out experiencing demagnetization. High strength neodymium (NdFeB) is then used for the drive magnet to provide excessive torque transmission.
I. Back Pull-Out Simple and quick upkeep entry without the need to remove the pump casing from the piping.
J. ISO Standardised Designed to ISO 2858, ISO 5199, ISO 15783, and EN 809 standards.
