Sulzer has opened a new state-of-the-art service centre for rotating gear in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Using cutting-edge equipment and advanced digital applied sciences, Sulzer’s new centre will provide repairs, upgrades, retrofits and elements manufacturing for a variety of equipment including pumps, steam turbines, compressors and expanders whatever the original equipment producer (OEM).
diaphragm seal have been designed to ship quick and environment friendly workflows incorporating digital and lean ideas.
Sulzer has also invested in its parts manufacturing capabilities at Vadodara adding new tools similar to advanced CNC 4-axis turnmill machines, vertical and horizontal balancing machines, in addition to expertise in design and materials engineering and additive manufacturing.
The Vadodara team has entry to Sulzer’s world engineering capabilities, together with Venlo in the Netherlands and Indonesia which have expertise and experience in turbomachinery repairs and upgrades.
Sulzer has been delivering manufacturing and maintenance services in India for more than 30 years.
