US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 workers.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, top product traces and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places throughout the United States, and more than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 staff.
