US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service provider of all types of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, high product lines and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 workers.
