US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, high product strains and including extra service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”
“ePumps is digital pressure gauge to join a national pump group providing further sources and the flexibility to work alongside a group that is dedicated to supporting our local community and customers,” stated Gary Simpson, ePumps president.
OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places all through the United States, and more than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
