With this position growth, Julie Ballard, project engineering supervisor, and Lukas Widhalm, software engineering manager, are reporting to Bates.
After becoming a member of KSB in 2017, Bates served as southeastern regional manager before changing into the water market space director of gross sales in September 2020. Prior to KSB, Bates held positions in gross sales management/operations and enterprise growth within the North American industrial and municipal water market.
KSB Inc managing director Luis Maturana has also taken on additional obligations as the new regional executive officer for the North America Region, a position beforehand held by Wolfgang Demmler who is returning to the head workplace in Frankenthal, Germany.
