Krohne has launched its OPTIBAR PSM 1010 and OPTIBAR PSM 2010 ultra-compact stress switches for absolute and gauge stress measurement in gases and liquids.

Both units are designed for fundamental automation purposes such as hydrostatic stage measurement in open tanks, dry-run safety of supply pumps or strain monitoring of compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Target industries include meals and beverage, water and wastewater, environmental and OEM process tools functions with restricted installation area.
