AxFlow makes Danish acquisition

AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump provider to the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries and for water remedy and basic industrial applications.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing brands together with Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. ตัววัดแรงดันน้ำมัน is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has another base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group strategy to increase the product and service providing in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a strong buyer base and a sound growth potential,” stated Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under the leadership of CEO and former owner Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will proceed to function beneath its current title while being part of the AxFlow Group.
“This is a very exciting alternative for us at Pumpegruppen, and I look ahead to developing the enterprise additional with AxFlow,” stated Olsen.
