Sundyne appoints new regional sales manager for North and Latin America

Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen buyer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s internal teams to expand across the C&I space.

Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & grow distributor gross sales, while additionally overseeing coaching and applications assist. He previously served as a regional sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith began his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also labored with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
