US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all forms of rotating gear, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, high product traces and including further service capabilities to this area. ไดอะแฟรม are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
