US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, top product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
