US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 employees.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, prime product strains and adding further service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
