เกจวัดแรงดัน , August 8, 2022 – Aliaxis SA, a world leader enabling entry to water and power by way of fluid administration solutions, proclaims the acquisition of Aquarius Spectrum, a unique supplier of superior acoustic water leak detection and pipe condition assessment options for water infrastructure. Aquarius Spectrum might be part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjacent companies within the area of water administration and preservation.
The revenues of Aquarius Spectrum are under €5 million a year, with a strong progress potential. The financial details of this settlement won’t be disclosed.
With this acquisition, Aliaxis additional strengthens its solutions base to tackle the world’s major water-related challenges similar to sustainable water management, resilient water infrastructure, access to water, and water for food. Aquarius Spectrum, an Israel-based technology firm, has developed ground-breaking methods that proactively monitor water distribution networks. Throughout the world, Aquarius Spectrum sells leak detection expertise which leverages acoustic sensors and complicated analysis engines to detect water leaks and pinpoint their actual location. To date, Aquarius Spectrum expertise has saved close to 8 billion litres of water, which is the equivalent of three,200 Olympic swimming swimming pools.
